Step By Step offers 4 levels of inspection services endorsed by
the Environmental Services Association. These standards are used
in the Mold Inspection Standard and Protocols used by Certified
Mold Inspectors and Assesors. These services range from a inspection
that is requested in a specific client defined areas, to a survey
of the entire structure that may uncover various "red flags".

The purpose of Limited Mold Sampling
is to detect the presence of mold contamination in client
defined areas. This service provides a fast economical method
to determine if and what types of molds are in that defined
area. The limitation of the Limited Mold Sampling service is
that other sources of mold may be present in other areas.

utilizes a visual assesment of the entire home, identifies "red
flags" for mold, and a limited sampling for mold. If "red
flags" are found, the client is advised and provided the
